Our lifetime warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship, not normal wear and tear. Our warranty applies to The Forever toothbrush handles, not brush heads.

Defects include:

• Brush heads that don't fit in the handle properly

• Any parts that break while being used under normal conditions

Normal wear and tear include:

• Scratches or discolouration on the handle

• Worn bristles
