Refund policy
As the Toothbrush is a Personal use Product, we do not accept any Return or offer Refund.
If you have received a defective product we will replace it for free. ( We will need videos & photo proofs to validate and process the replacement )
If you want to cancel after its shipped, you will be charger Rs.60 shipping charges and rest will be refunded.
If you do not receive calls of the delivery person or do not accept the product, and product is returned to us,
- you will be need to pay Rs.60 shipping charges to reship it again or
- if you want refund you will be charger Rs.120 rest will be refunded.
